O'Neal Robbins, vocal soloist, and Mrs. Hutert Jenkins.The -bride is the daughter of the Hev. and Mrs, Johnnie A. Barker of 1203 W. Walnut Ave, A graduate of Hunter Huss High School, she is employed by Bow-lin Associates Inc., as an executive secretary.Parents of the bridegroom are Mrs! Ethel Grigg of 2407 Crescent Lane and the late Marvin Grigg. He attended the city schools, was graduated from Charlotte Barber College and is employed by Crawford's Barber Shop.’Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal gown of Chantilly lace over taffeta. The dress Was styled on the princess llrie with a sweetheart neckline aUd featured a full-length train. Her veil of Spanish lace was worn with a crown of seed pearls and while satin roses. She earned a whitepraycrbook topped with a bouquet of white pompons centered with a white orchid.Honor attendant w a's Mrs. SLeven PL Brosvn of Beaufort; S.C.. sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Misses Linda Spencer, Elaine Spencer, both uf Belmont, and Miss Vickie Walls- of this city.They wore, [loor-length dresses d American Beauty Rose. peau de soie with light piiik bodices in a floral design. Their bandeaux were of matching material and they carried bouquets of pink chrysanthemums. ;Child .attendants: were 'Misses Crystal Barker. Laurie Robbins and Buichie Jenkins,. ringbcar-,er of Williamston, S.C. Lighting flic candles were Johnny Mack Bridgeman and Ricky Bridgc-man.Jerry-Grigg of Clayton, Ga., was best man. Ushers were the Rev. Hubert Jenkins of Wil-liimislon, S.C;, Ronnie Harslin of this city and Marvin Grigg of Bessemer City.After a trip to Beaufort, S.C., the couple srill be at home rtt Edgewood Acres.Following t h e ‘ceremony, a reception honoring the couple was held at the Parkdale Clubhouse.
