Legal 6413 March 19, 2010REASONABLE NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAWThe Texico Board of Education met in a regular session on March 8, 2010 and decided that reasonable notice to the public as required in Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 to 4), would be as follows:Notice of a regular meeting will be a written notice published in the State Line Tribune and the Clovis News Journal at least seven days prior to the regular meeting or by annual notice since the Board meets at 7:00 p.m. (MT) on the second Monday of each month. A notice of special meeting shall be given by posting a notice on the window of the Administrative Office in the Texico Educational Complex at least one day prior to the meeting. A notice of any emergency meeting will be posted on the window of the Administrative Office in the Texico Educational Complex as soon after an emergency arises as possible./s/ Cary Crist President
