The license was granted. and if the parties are not already married they will be married In the near future at C'iearspring.The bride, aheady or prospective, Is the widow of houghs Mongan, one of the vicCms of the triple tragedy In Hagerstown last week. As stuted in The Herald the morning following the tragedy, Mnngan and his wife had not been living together for some time. Mongan's wife, prior to her marriage, was MBs Bessie Hose, daughter of Martin Hose who at one time lived in Corbetts A rid* t ion. She is the mother of two children, .who have been in her custody ever since the parents sepa* rated.
