MARRIED.Sandborn-Gumbart,From Thursday's Daily.Tne marriage of Miss Georgianna Gumbart, only daughter of Capt. and Mrs. G. C. Gumbart, to Rev. Willis Sandborn, was solemnized this this afternoon at 3 o’cxock. The ceremony took place at the First Baptist church, the Rev. Geistweit of Galesburg, assisted by Rev. Webster, officiating.The church had been beautifully decorated for the occasion. The bride entered upon the arm of her father, to the beautiful strains of Lohengrin wedding march. She was attended by Miss Alleyne McIntosh as maid of honor, and Misses Bessie Sommers and Ruth Tunnicliff as bridesmaids.The biide was attired in a traveling costume of brown cloth and carried bride’s roses. The bride's attendants carried pink carnations. The ushers were: Ben. Griffin, Geo. II. Scott, O. 1). Gumbart, J. W. McIntosh, jr. Before the ceremony music was rendered by Prof. Olker and Miss Alleyne Williams; vocal solos by Miss Blackburn and Mrs. Greene of Monmouth.Mr. and Mrs. Sanborn left on the afternoon train for their home at Monmouth. They will at once go to housekeeping at the parsonage, which the groom has fitted up ready for the occasion.The bride is one of the social leaders of this city. She is a graduate of the Macomb high school and has spent most of her life in this city. She is of a pleasant disposition and has many estimable qualities, which have endeared her to many friends.The groom was for several years pastor of tne First Baptist church in this city, but now is located at Monmouth. His congrgation is a large one and in the five months he has been there he has added 51 members to the church. Their building is modern in every way, costing in the neighborhood of $20,000. —Macomb Journal.The bridal couple arrived here on the 6 p. m. train and went immediately to the parsonage, which was all ready for their occupancy.
