CThe bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Gordon L Goodwin of Burlington She was graduated from the University of North Carolina atCharlotte, received her masters degree in psychology from Appalachian State University and continued her studies in school psycholog' at Duke University. Prior to her marriage she was employed as the school psychologist for Lee County SchoolsCapt Boye is the son of Maj Gen and Mrs Frederic William Boye Jr. of Beaufort, S C. He is a graduate of the U S. Military Academy at West Point and earned a masters degree in counseling at Duke University He is serving as the area commander In charge of U S Army recruiting in the Tidewater area of Virginia.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a full length gown of white Qianaand Alencon lace re-embroidered in crystals and seed pearls The dress was designed with Queen Anne neckline, empire waist and v» slightly A-line skirt sweeping C to a full chapel train in the n back She wore a waltz n length veil of white fi sheerganza attached to a lace-covered Camelot cap CMrs J.
