We e, for that re-Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dimmitt, of Newtonsville, will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary Sunday, March 21,' at the home of their daughter and sin-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Rosselot, in Owensville. Open house will be kept from 2:00 to 6:00 o’clock, and all friends will be cordially welcomed.Married March 20, 1898, Mr. and Mrs. Dimmitt are now 72 and 73 years old, respectively, and have spent their entire married life in Wayne township, in or near Newtonsville. The wedding took place at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. William B. Christie, in Marathon. The Rev. Walter S. Gray officiated, and Mrs. Mabel Hill Schooley now of Chillicothe, furnished the music. The bride taught school for a number of years before her marriage.Mr. and Mrs. Dimmitt have been members of the Miami Grange at Milford for 28 years, receiving their silver certificates in 1945.
