Kirkpatrick-WheelockMiss Charlotte Wheelock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wheelock of Lubbock, and Lieut. Clinton \\\ Kirkpatrick, son of Mrs. I. N. Hatton of Salinas, Calif., were married March 6 in Glendale, Ariz. Rev. Faye Prince, Methodist minister, officated.The bride wore a navy blue crepe frock with linen lace trim, and a white panama hat with navy veil. Her accessories were navy and white and she wore a corsage of white gardenias.Several hours before his marriage, Lieut. Kirkpatrick received his wings and commission from Luke field advanced air base at Phoenix. Ariz. He and his bride are at home in Glendale temporarily.Guests were the bride's parents; her grandmother. Mrs. K. Carter; her uncle, K. Carter, jr.; the bridegroom's sisier. Mrs. H. G. Givens, and Mr. Givens of Amarillo and the bride’s aunt. Mrs. D. G. Bowers, and two children. David and Kay Aline Bowers of Abilene.tj___
