Kfenosfe* had a double military wed difcg on Wednesday afternoon w^ett ]th# Misses Emma A. and Alma 5. | bl£s, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rolfs of Grand avemife, wereunited in marriage With Frank B. lionner and George D. Anderson, both privates in the United States army stationed at Ft. Sheridan. The ceremony took place at the Rolfs home at the corner of Grand avenue and Jenne streets and in honor of the event the home was most beautifully decorated. The idea of the military was carried out in the decorations and scores of flags were hung about the rooms, making a decidedly pretty appearance. The two brides were given in marriage by their father, and the coreinony was performed by the Rev, Edgar T. Farriil, pastor of til# First Congregational church. During the wedding ceremony -the Flag of the Free’* march was played. Following the ceremony Mr* and Mr#. Bonner and Mr. and Mrs. Anderson iwere the guests of honor at a wedding dinner served in the dining roo.n, the decorations being red. white and blue. At the tables cover® were laid for forty guests.Many relatives of the brides and grooms came from other cities to attend the wedding.Both Mr. and Mrs. Bonner and Mr. mad Mrs«. Anderson will make their homes in Kenosha as the grooms will give up their places in the army with in % short time.Mr. Anderson has about completed his period of enlistment and Mr. Bonner, while having served but 18 months, will retire at the end of another month.Many friends of the brides and grooms will he pleased to extend congratulations on the happy event.The above was taken from a Kenosha.
