E. Hilton officiating at the 4:00 p.m. candlelight cermony held at the Salem E.U.B, Church at Blue Earth, Minnesota.Music was furnished by Viola Pasehke as organist and Mrs, Oliver as violinist.The bride wore a full length gown of white organza over taffeta detailed with applique of alencon lace. The detachable chapel train.was of matching lace over organza. Her short bouffant veil was held in place with a tiara of crystals and seed pearls. She wore short white gloves and carried a bouquet of eattleya orchids and stephanotis.The matron of honor was Mrs. Larry Reese of St. Paul, Minnesota. Mrs, Owen Sammelson of St. Peter, Minnesota and Karen Hunter of Mankato, Minnesota were the bridesmaids. They all wore identical full length gowns of gold organza and taffeta and carried bouquets of chrysanthemums and ivy, Lori Jean Teskey of Downers Grove, Illinois, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl, Her dress was fashioned similar to that of the bride and she carried a .gold basket of white mums. The bride’s personal attendant was 'Mrs. Galen Comstock, aunt of the bride,Gregory C. Williams of Minneapolis, Minnesota was the best man, and Dale Babcock and James Bullock served as groomsmen, The ushers were Dennis Sparks, brother of the bride, and Richard Evans, brother of the groom. Brian Bashans of Buffalo Center, Iowa, cousin of the bride, was the ring bearer.Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the church parlors. Mr. and Mrs. James Teskey of Downers Grove, Illinois were the host and hostess and the guests were registered by Mrs. Curtis Bashans of Buffalo Center.The gifts were opened and displayed by Carol Sparks, Shirley Hofbauer and Mrs, David Ma-detzke, all cousins of the bride.The bride's aunt, Mrs, R. H. Hunter of Winnebago, Minnesota, cut the wedding cake and it was served by Ruth Westrum and Mary Nevadick of Minneapolis. Mrs. Gary Meyer of Ringsted and Mrs. Donald Abels of Buffalo Center had charge of the coffee service and Mary Alice Krumm of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Janet Russell of Minneapolis presided at the punch bowLMary Beth Hofbauer, Beverly Weaver, Judy Hofbauer and Betty Sehutter were the waitresses. .The ’bride graduated from the Blue Earth, Minn. High School and Gustavus Adolphus College. She teaches art at the St. Anthony Village High School.The groom, a graduate of Washburn High School of Minneapolis, and Maealester College,gree at St. Cloud State College. He teaches mathematics at the St. Anthony Village High School.The couple is at home at 2160 W. Mrs. Peterson,. who is also director of women’s activities for the Republican party, is a member of the executive committee of the Republican National Committee and vice-chairman of the Republican State Central Committee of Michigan..
