C., March 4— Mi-., and Mrs.’ Raymond Tyrus Buckner, of Belmont, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Mary Phyllis, to John Willard Holderby Jr.- son of Mr. and Mrs. Holderby, of Iteidsville.The bride-elect is a graduate of Lees-McRae Coliege, where she studied to be a medical record librarian. She completed six months of internship in the Record Department of Rex Hospital in Raleigh and at present is co-head of the Record Department at Wesley Long Hospital, Greensboro. Mr. Holderby attended Lees-Mc-e Rae College and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is now serving with the U. S. Army and is stationed at Fort Benning, Ga.The wedding is planned for April 10.0sop
