Besaw/Skow exchange vows Jan. 8Angelique Marie Besaw and Brad Allan Skow were united in marriage Saturday, Jan. 8, at the Faith United Methodist Chinch in Humboldt Performing the ceremony was Pastor Russell Dilley of Humboldt Parents of the couple arePatrick and Cindy Besaw of ity and Paul SkowDakota Citof Rutland and Peggy Erickson of HumboldtHonored guests included Elliott and Verna Skow,grandparents of the bridegroom, and Edna Kampen, grandmother of the bridegroom.Providing music for the ceremony were vocalist Bob Fiteh, friend of the couple; pianist Barb Nelson, friend of the couple; and organist Marian Sayers of Humboldt friend of the couple.Candlelighters were Derek Prior of Dakota City, cousin of the bride, and Eric Skow of Rutland, cousin of the bridegroom. Serving asfift attendants were Traceykow of Humboldt, sister of the bridegroom, and Kathy Jergens of Humboldt, friend of the bride. Pinning flowers were Peggy Besaw of Livermore, aunt of die bride, and LindaMiller of Kanawha, aunt ofthe bridegroom.Serving as the bride's maid of honor was Melanie Prior of Humboldt, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaid was Jessica Besaw of Dakota City, sister of the bride. Michelle Edge of Humboldt, cousin of the bride, served as the bride's personal attendantBestman was Brian Johnson of Humboldt, friend of the bridegroom. Groomsman was John Skow of Humboldt, brother of the bridegroom. Serving as ushers were Mike Skow of Rutland, uncle of the bridegroom, and Terry Hansen ofHumboldt and Mel Smith of Dakota City, both uncles of the bride.Following the wedding ceremony, a reception was held at the church, with Mr. and Mrs. Randy Wainem of Humboldt, friends of the bridegroom, and Gary and Joyce Shaffer of Livermore, uncle and aunt of the bride, acting as reception hosts and hostesses, seated at theguest book were Jody and Heidi Skow of Humboldt, both sisters of the bridegroom,Serving punch at the reception were Joy and Jenny Skow of Rutland, aunt and cousin of the bridegroom, respectively. Pouring punch was Jeanean Smith of Dakota City, aunt of the bride. Cutting and serving the wedding cake were Shawn Hansen of Humboldt and Brenda Prior of Dakota City, both aunts of the bride.The couple will make their home in Livermore.The bride will graduate from Iowa Central Community College in May,BRAD AND ANGELIQUE SKOWwith an Associate of Arts Degree, She is presently working part-time at Hy-Vce in Humboldt.
