Rowell-Thompson to exchange vowsMr. and Mrs. Harry Hill Rowell of Greenville announce the engagement of their daughter, Ellon Claire Rowell, to Lewis William Thompson Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. William Thompson of Greenville.Miss Rowell is the granddaughter of Mrs. J. T. Crowell and the late J. T. Crowell of Isola, and of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry H. Rowell of Belzoni.The bride-elect is a graduate of Greenville High School and was a member oF the Silhouettes Social Club. A graduate of Delta State College, she is presently employed by Greenville public school system.The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. T. L. Griffin of Cleveland, and of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis W. Thompson of Percy.Thompson is a graduate of Greenville High School and of Delta Stale College.
