Scott is charged with seduction and incidental frills by Mabel Isecberg. It is said that he is willing to adjust the unfortunate matter by marrying his accuser, but one or two obstacles at present intervene, which later may be removed.—On Monday Mr. Scott told the court he would marry the girl and save further trouble. The court spproved of the suggestion, and five minutes Later the connubial knot was lied by Deputy Eegister Horace Mc-Ginity with such grace and expedition that the happy groom shook hands with him and the bride was about to embrace the blushing Horace when Deputy Sheriff Mack interfered. Joe afterwards apologized for this by saying he was acting under legal adyice.
