Kelsey, general manager of the zinc plants at DePue and Mineral Point, \\ is., has received notice of a promotion which will place him in charge of the New Jersey Zino company’s mammoth plant at Pal-mcrton, Mass. He will leave in a couple of weeks to take up his duties in the east.Mr. Kelsey has had a rapid rise in the service of the Mineral Point Zinc company, which is a subsidiary organization of the New Jersey Zinc company, which controls many plants in various states of the union. He came to DePuo four years ago as superintendent and was in chargethere until a few months ago when he was made general manager of the DePue and Mineral Point plants, and now his ability has won him further recognition and advancement.
