Lucier was before Judge Roy Ayers yesterday on a citation to show cause why he had not paid $30 a month for the support of his three children, and also to show cause why he should not he adjudged in contempt. Mr. Lucier made rather a poor out In both matters, failing to submit any godlt;Y and sufficient reason in excuse of liis failure. He was adjudged in contempt and committed to the county jail. Mr. Lucier did not appear to grasp the situation at first, but when the sheriff took hold of him he realized It fully and seemed considerably affected.Mr. Luder's first wife secured a!divorce from him some time ago andshe was awarded certain realty.
