Miss Sharon Rogers,Ronald Broivn Marry1511In Evening CeremonynaThe Congregational Church was the scene of the evening wedding June 22 of Miss Sharon Rogers, daughter of Mrs. Verna Rogers, Huron, and Ronald Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles O. Brown, Hadley. Mass.. formerly of Hu ron. The Rev. Rueben P. Koehler officiated at the double ring ceremony at 7:30 p.m.Mrs. Frank Brown was organist and accompanied Mrs. James Delvaux, soloist.Given in mariage by her brother. Dale, the bride appeared in a floor-length gown with long, pointed sleeves. Fashioned and styled by Mrs. Harold Cranston, the gown was of ivory peau de soie with Sabrina neckline and bell-shaped skirt which fell into a chapel train. The short bouffant veil was secured by a cabbage rose of self material. She carried a white orchid encircled by stephanotis. Her jewelry was a single strand of pearls, gift of the bridegroom.f(liMiss Connie Cranston, Denver, maid of honor, and Miss Suzanne Schmidt, Riverside, Calif., bridesmaid. wore light brown printed voile dresses and brown veil hats held by beige organza roses. They carried bouquets of gold carnations.Jerauld Brown was his brother's best man. Ronald Sande was groomsman. Douglas Errett and John Ehret were ushers.Mrs. Kenneth Eining, sister of the bride was hostess for the reception in the church parlors. Mrs. Bruce Bergman and Mrs. Myron Olmstead served the wedding cake and Mrs. Edith Brandenburg. aunt of the bride, and Mrs. Emmit Barta. sister of the bride, poured. Mrs. G e o r g e Brooks and Miss Karen Eining were at the punch bowl and gifts were displayed by Miss Sonia Barta and Mrs. Gayle Remington.Both Mr. and Mrs. Brown are graduates of Huron High School and Huron College.
