Lane of Guthrie Center and signed at that place was filed for record today. It conveys property In this and Guthrie county to be. held in trust, for the use of each, and is, we understand, in (nil settlement of all differences between them. The suit recently begun , by Mrs. Lane in the district court will lio. dismissed.The ease was ,begun several days ago, by attorneys, for 3%'s. Lime, who asked for divorce and $11,000 in alimony.
