AMICABLY SETTLED.Parties Reach an Agreement and Suit Will Be Dismissed.We referred not long since to the suit by Mrs. Fidelia A. Lane vs. William Lane for divorce and alimony. We understand that all of their differences,which were relative to some financial matters, have been satisfactorily ad- . justed. There was filed this week in the recorder's office a deed ot trust executed by both of them when at Guthrie Center conveying certain property m this and Guthrie county to Edgar C. Lane in trust, with the income for the benefit of both parties. The suit in the district court will be dismissed.Vrttrr
