Marriage vows were ex changed Saturday by Misa: Patricia Lola Weise, daughter of Mr. and Mes, Willian Brat ford Weise af Noyes Avenue, and Me. Willis Franklin Hateh eng, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wal lis F. Hutchens of Staunton, ie Church of the Goo Shep herd Episcopal was the set ting for the 2:30 p. m. cere mony, performed by Rev. Llewellyn W. Wells, assisted by Rev. Gwen D. Hutchens, brother of the brinegroom. The altar flowers were white delphinum and meresti aisies and the brass labra was entwined with fa lands of English ivy. Standing ine of greenery flanked the altar. ‘vupita music was pro vided by Mrs. Richard Walk er, organist. The bride was arrived in. gown of silk organza‘averta': feta haying elbowlet sleeves. Re-embroidered 1s motifs outlined the seanone line and bodice and the chapel train was topped with a soft bow. Her three-tiered bouffant veil of silk ilusion was at tached to an organza and lace pillbox. She wore a diamond pendant necklace, a gift from the bridegroom, and carried a cascading bouquet of white roses, stephanotis and ivy. She was given in marriage by her father, Mrs. Kenneth D. Tucker was matron of honor f or her sister and bridesmaids were Miss Susan Weise, cousin of the bride, Mrs. Robert Cartwright of Tichaca, No ¥, Mrs. Ben jamin Games of Columbus, Ohio; and Miss Pamela Wright, of Richmond, Va. Their floor-length gowns of shell pink crepe had empire waistlines banded with cran berry satin. Fach wore a matching satin Dior bow with silk ilusion well and carried a crescent bouquet of featu red pink carnations tipped with cranberry and pink pom pons.and ivy. Mr. George Green of Rich mond, Va., was best man and guests were seated by Messrs. Kenneth Tucker, Robert Bowles of Chester, Va., David Kimbrough and dalf White of Richmond. A reception was held imme diately following the ceremony in the church parish hall. Mrs. Robert Bowles was in charge of the bride’s bank. Aides were Mrs. Charles C. Weise and Mrs. Henry E. Weise, cousins of the bride, Mrs. William Hammar and Mrs. Joh Ham mar, aunts of the bride, Misses Barbara Eberbaugh and Kath eryn Williams and Rirs. Thom as Glaze, sister of the groom. When the couple left for a southern wedding trip, the bride was wearing a green silk dress with white accesso ries and a gardenia corsage. They will reside in Rich mond, Va., where she is a teacher in the public school system and he is a sales rep resentative for the Reeben 8, Donnelley Telephone Direc tory on.
