Mary ValkIs Brideat Stanleyiit\STANLEY — Miss Mary Margaret Valk, daughter ofMrs. Catherine Valk, Stanley. and the late Mr. Francis Valk, became the bride of Terrence Dale Stewart, sonof Mr. arid Mrs. Dale Stewart, Mandan, N.D., formerly of Stanley, June 18 at 9 a.m. in St. Anne’s Catholic Church here. The Rev. Edmund Cramer was celebrant of the nuptial high mass.THE BRIDES brother, Donald Valk of Clearwater, Fla., gave her in marriage. For her wedding she wore a gown of nylon tulle over slipper satin designed and made by the groom’s mother. A portrait neckline fashioned the fitted bodice with short sleeves. A nylon net apron effect detailed the floor length skirt. A lace plateau trimmed in sequins and pearls held her fingertip veil of illusion. She carried white carnationsand red roses.Honor attendant was Mrs. Edward Valk of Eau Claire. Green embroidery and agreen taffeta cummerbunddetailed her ballerina length gown of white nylon. Identical gowns with yellow and orchid detail were w’orn by thebridesmaids, Mrs. Robert Valk of Milwaukee, and MiSs Dianne Michur of Withee, respectively. All wore leaf-etched Swedish crowns with blusher veils. Each carried flowers to match her gown.Attendants to the groom were Donald Boatman, Gerald. Robert and EdwardValk, brothers of the bride, and James Stewart, brotherof the groom.THE RECEPTION washeld at the Stanley a u d I-torium from 2 to 5 p.m. A wedding breakfast w’as held at the home of the bride’s parents and a dinner was served at the Harmony House here.The bride’s mother wore a medallion trimmed beige linen sheath writh white accessories. Her corsage was of white carnations and red roses. The groom’s mother wore a toast lace dress with white accessories and a corsage of white carnations and yellow roses.After a wedding trip to southern Wisconsin, the Stewarts are now at home at Wau-kesha. The groom Is employed as weigh master at Milwaukee.
