He married her first on May 1, 1924, Council Bluffs. Then he found that six months had not elapsed 1 since he was given a divorce, so they were married again June 19, 1924. at Marysville, Kas. On May14, 1925, he says he discovered she was still the wife of Virgil S. Eby, ! i when Eby filed his petition for a divorce on the grounds of desertion.W’-I Henry H.
