CUPID’S ARROWS8EEM TO HAVE BEEN FREELY USED IN MAYNARD.Three Weddings in St* Bridget’s Church This Wednesday Afternoon.Thqye were three weddings at 8t. Bridget's church this Wednesday afternoon. At 2.30 Ml88 Alice M. Kane waa United in marriage to Thomas Hardy. Miss Margaret Duggan was bridesmaid and Janies Mahoney of ‘Woburn was best man. The bride was prettily gowned In a costume of white silk muslin with laco trimmings and carried a bouquet of hriil?'s roses. The bridesmaid also wore a dress of white silk muslin with trimmings of lace and ribbons and carried a bouquet of pinks. After the ceremony there was a reception at the home of the bride’s parents. Mr. and Mrs. Martin Kane. IVrrivnl st., after which .Mr. and Mrs. Hardy left on a trip to Providence, It. I. On rlndr return they will reside on lVrclval st. Mr. and Mrs. Hardy wer*» tie* recipients of many handsome presents.At 4 o’clock tin1 marriage of Mrs. Margaret iin imr.n to John Sims took place. Miss Jennie Tobin was bridesmaid and John O’Brien was best man. There was a reception after the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Sims will reside on Perclval st.At 4.30 the marriage of Miss Mary J. Frazier of West Acton to Joseph A. Allen of Maynard took place. Miss Kathryn Frazier of Woburn, sister of the bride was bridesmaid and Michael Sexton was best man. The bride was attired in a costume of white net with trimmings of lace. Her veil was caught by a spray of lilies of the valley and she carried a bouquet of the same flowers. The bridesmaid wore a dress of pink silk muslin with trimmings of lace and ribbons and carried a bouquet of roses. Directly after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Allen left on a brief wedding trip and on their return will live In South Acton. Mr. Allen is one of the popular young men of the town and has for a number of years been employed at Harriman Bros, laundr^. His associates at that place presented him with a handsome sideJoard. Mrs. Allen. who has worked for a number of years In West Acton, in well known in Maynard and has a large circle of friends here.
