Couples ExVenton - SwartwoutMiss Lyn Dee Venton. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Venton Sr. of Athol, ami Guy Wayne Swartwout. son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene B. Swartwout of Warrensburg, were married in a double-ring ceremony at the First Baptist Church. Warrensburg. at 2 p.m. on June 3The Rev. Paul R. Meisel. pastor of the Baptist Church, and Rev. I/?e B. Call, president of Mastering Life's Challenge, and director of the Teen Center. Warrensburg. officiated.The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore her mother's wedding gown of antique slipper satin with seed pearls around a sweetheart neckline Her finger-Up veil cascaded from a coronet of seed pearls. Her necklace of Majorcan pearls and crystals was a gift from her Mrs Robert L.Venton .Jr*- *rnm MnriTlvi Kfwl, 1 IK Ul 'O'jouquet was acovered white Bible with a removable whitei : iThe maid of honor. Miss Lisa Swartwout, sister of the bridegroom, wore a light blue nylon gown with applique daisies in darker blue and carried a bouquet of white and blue daisies.The two bridesmaids, Miss Lori Venton. sister of the bride, and MLss Cindy Swartwout, sister of the bridegroom, wore matching light pink nylon gow ns w ith applique daisies of darker pink and carried bouquest of white and pinkdaisies.The best man was CurtisMRS. GUY SWARTWOUTi Moreau Studio iSwartwout, brother of the bridegroom. Ushers were Steven Venton, brother of the bride,and Delbert Chambers of Warrensburg.The organist-soloist was Mrs. Ralph Bramble of Glens Falls. A reception immediately following the ceremony was held in tlx* Church Social Hall.The bridegroom is employed by Montgomery Wards. Glens FalLs and the bride by The State Bunk of Albany, Warrensburg branch.After a wedding trip to the Thousand Islands and Canada, the couple are at home in Athol.
