Ray Hand officiated at the double ring ceremony before an altar setting of white tapers in an oval wrought iron candelabra banked with baskets of pink gladioli and white chrysanthemums, IIThe bride, given in marriage! by her father, wore a white bri-! dal gown of peau de soie with! appliques of Alencon lace, fea-; luring: pouf sleeves to the cl- j bow ending in tight fitting Alencon lace to form a finger tip( sleeve. Her cathedral length 11-1 lusion veil was bordered with; Aleneon lace and she carried a; cascade of feathered carna-jlions and pink Sweetheart rosl os on a white Bible. jMatron of honor Mrs. M, E.| Brown, sister of the bride, andj bridesmaid Mrs. Paul Ford I were attired in floor length! gowns of pink organza over pink j voile and carried a single long stemmed pink rose. Miss Sabrina Brown attended her aunt as! flower girl. She wore a dress similar to the other attendcntsj and carried a basket of pink i roses. !iRobert 1. Ellis attended his son as best man Raymond Horton, uncle of the bridegroom was groomsmen. Ushers were Wheelice H. Wilson Jr., Wayne Story and Gilbert Welch. Bill Baker was ring bearer.Mrs. Vanbebber chose for her daughter’s wedding a blue silk skimmer with matching lace coat; and accessories and wore a white carnation corsage. Mrs. | Baker, mother of the bridegroom, wore an aqua alaskine frock with matching lace coat and accessories and a corsage j of white carnations. jThe pink and white color! theme was carried out in the | appointments for the reception jwhich followed in the social hall of the church.For travel the bride changed to a pink silk skimmer complimented by an orchid Corsage. After a wedding trip to Jama-cia the couple will be at home in Dallas, Texas.Mrs. Ellis is a graduate of Coppell High School and attended Dallas College of SMU and North Texas State University. Mr. Ellis is a graduate of Neville High School and Northeast Louisiana State College and ispresently a candidate for a master’s degree at North Texas State University.
