The double ring ceremony being used.The bride, who was given in mar-raige by her father, was- attired in a bridal gown of White; starched chiffon with a iong train with lace frim-mings and wore a finger tip veil with pearl studded crown. She carried a bouquet of white gladiolus, white sweet peas, stephanotls and centered with a white orchid.The maid of honor, Mies Poieni, wore an aqua brocade and net gown with matching head dress and carried a cascade bouquet of yellow snap dragons and blue delphillum. He is well known here having graduated from Hammond High Bcbool, class of 1937.After the ceremony, a reception and dinner was held in the Schnorer club, which was prettily decorated with roses and spring flowers, an orchestra furnished music for dancing and entertaining. In front of the bride’s table was a large wedding cake top ped with a miniature bride nd groom.Mr. and Mrs. Bergau are honeymooning at Loon lake in the Adhron-dacks. They will make their home in Rochestra, where the groom has a po sltion with Rochester Products Co.The bride was honored by several pre-nuptial showers, one being given by the Past Matrons of Manahatta chapter No. 421, O. E. S., of which she is member.The many friends of Mr. Bergau in this vicinity wish them many years of happiness.
