Lumber Billy, Betsy Jones, Isaac Deere, and the unknown heirs of Tay-. lor Jones, deceased, defendants.Civil No. 1050..THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, To the unknown heirs of Taylor Jones, deceased: - ' .The plantiff, Alex Sellers, having filed in this Court his affidavit, stating that he is informed and believes that there are certain heirs of Taylor Jones deceased, who are asertlng or claiming some right, title or interest In and to the premises hereinafter described, adverse to this plaintiff, and whose names' and places of residence are to th*s plaintiff unknofn, the unknown heirs of Taylor Jones/ deceased, will take notice that they have been sued In th*s Court in an action to quiet the title to and recover the possession of the following, described real estate and premises situate in McIntosh County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter and Lot 1 of Section 15, all In township 9 North, Range 16 East, being the allotment of Taylor Jones, deceased.And that they must answer the pe~ ft*on filed by the plaintiff herein on or before Saturday the second day of August, 1913, or the petition will be taken as true and judgment quieting the title to find delivering peaceable possession of the above described prem ises to the plaintiff, Alex Sellers, will be rendered accordingly.* W, B.
