Strang Married.CeremonyPerformed at the home of the Bride.sn 1a l _e At high noon Wednesday, Miss S Carola Wright a id Frank Strang ’• were united in marriage at the B , home of the bride’s parents, Mr. •Viand Mrs. Thomas Wright, in the presence of a large party of relatives and friends. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. J. Frank Young in the spacious parlors of the Wright residence, which were beautifully decorated with ferns, palms and cut f.owers. Miss Verna Judson, niece of the bride acted as flower girl. At the conclusion of the ceremony a sumptuous wedding dinner was served, after which the newly wedded couple left over the Wisconsin Central for Chicago and other points in Illinois where they will spend two weeks. They were given ail ovation by enthusiastic friends and rice and old shoes were much in evidence.The guests at the wedding in-eluded a number of relatives and friends of the bride and groomfrom Out of town and intimate friends from this city. A large number of handsome gifts were presented by the frier.ds of the contracting parties.Mr. and Mrs. Strang will be at 'home after July 1st with Mr. and Mrs. George 1. Strang, the parents of the groom, where they will reside. They enter the married state under the most propitious circumstances with the best wishes cf the entire community- The bride has been a fesident of Marshfield since childhood, is a graduate of the Marshfield high school and has long been one of the most popular young ladies in the social circles of the city. The groom is a young maxi of marked business ability and high standing, and is also an old resident of this place. • .On Monday evening the friends of the bride gave her a kitchen shower at the home of her parents, and she received a very large variety of presents in the line of kitchen utensils.
