Westminster.The bride is ihe daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Franklin Swope of Baltimore. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd A. Twilley Sr. of Crestvtood Circle.The Rev. Ira Zepp perform-! ed the ceremony June 16 in a setting of gladioli and Fuji j mums. A reception was held in1 the Elks Lodge in Westminster.;Given in marriage by her fa-1 ther. the bride wore a chiffon; gown over taffeta.
