Valledares which was! solemnized at St. Mary’s Star of the! Sea Catholic church. Rev. P. L-1 White officiated.Promptly at 6 o’oclock the bride leaning on the arm of her father, Mr. Julio Lacedonia, preceded by her bridesmaids and the little flower girls, slowly enterd the church tt the strains of Lohengrin’s Wedding March, which was played by Miss Anna Sweeting. The bridal party was joined at the altar by the groom and his groomsmen. (The bride never looked more love- ! ly than in her wedding gown of • ivory satin and long flowing veil. She carried an arm bouquet of roses and ferns. Her bridesmaids wore dresses of yellow and pink taffeta and carried yellow and pink baskets to match, making a lovely setting for the bride. The church was artistically decorated with potted i plants, cut roses and ferns. iMiss Claudina Lucignani, attrac-!’ tive daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. j Lucignani, was maid of honor. 1 Carlos Rios, a life long friend of the 1 groomsman, was best man- Misses Magnolia Galindo and Marguerita ' Lacedonia and Messrs. Pete Piodela ■ and Rafel Henriquez were the other attendants. *Following the wedding ceremony a reception was held at the home of bride’s parents at 1206 Duval street. !Mrs. Valladares was born and reared in Key West and has endear-j £ed herself to hundreds of friends by , her sweet personality. She was a member of the ’24 graduation Class of the Monroe County High School.Mr. Valladares is the son of Mr.,, and Mrs. Leonte Valladares and now holds an important position , . with a local clothing store. He is a I young man of sterling qualities and is to be congratulated upon winning jfor himself so charming a bride.The young couple left on the \ Steamer Governor Cobb this morning ^ for Havana where they will visit for j a week. On their return they will be at home to their friends at 419 Duvalstreet. ,They were the recipients of many ibeautiful presents, some of themcoming from out of town, whichfurther attests the popularity of thecouple.
