Suit baa been brought til a Louisville court to annul tbe will of the late Baroness de Fahuetiberg. Tbe Baroness died at Nice, France, In 1885. She bras a daughter of Mrs. Strother, of St. Louis, and married the Baron de Fahn-euberg a number of year9 ago. She resided the most of tbe time at Paris, and before she died gave instructions that a mortuary chapel be built at Spa, Belgium, to contaiu her remains and thoae of her mother and brother. Provision in her will was made lo, that effect. The chapel and tomb were to coat a ceitaiu specified amount. All the rest of her immense estate, after n few small personal legacies, was to go to building and establishing an asylum or home, at Lexington, for old white Protestant men and women and white Protestant children.
