Cox-FrankCox-Frank United in MarriageAllison Sue Cox of Conroe and Brett Gunnar Frank of Houston were united in marriage in a 7 p.m. ceremony on June I, 1985 in Conroe.The Rev. Robert Graham read vows before an altar decorated with two European-style altar arrangements of white gladiola, white spider mums* and white dendrobium orchid arcs against a background of floral greens. Two candlelabras decorated with white moire taffeta bows. The church pews were decorated with white moire taffeta bows.Parents of the couple are Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cox of Conroe and Mr. and Mrs. Lennart G. Frank of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and guardians* Mr. and Mrs. B.E. Van Arsdale of Houston.Given in marriage by her father and mother, the bride chose for her wedding a formal gown of white satin by William Cahill. The off-shoulder bodice was appliqued with Alencon lace. Roses of white satin topped long tapered sleeves which ended in a point at the wrist. The slipper-length skirt was accented withi Backhoe ServiceSeptic Fields, Ia Tanks Imarriagerose topped drapes ending in a ruffle of pleated chiffon. A dropped waist in front and back fell to a chapel train. To compliment her gown, the bride chose a matching headpiece of Alencon lace.The bride carried a bouquet of white silk phalanopsis and cym-bidium orchids as feature flowers, lily of the valley, stephanotis and tiny orange blossoms were accented by white satin leaves, bridal pearls and white lace and a wide cascade of moire taffeta in fanfold streamers.Attending the bride were maids of honor Amy and Angela Cox, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Velda Frank, sister of the groom, of Lubbock, Andrea Lambert of Fort Worth, Rebecca Duke of Huntsville, and Jane Bond of Houston.Attendants wore royal blue satin formal gowns fashioned by Puluhi. The maids of honor carried bouquets of white silk orchids, wild azaleas and lily of the valley, royal blue bachelor’s buttons and freesia, backed by lace and tied with royal blue satin ribbon loops and streamers. The bridesmaids bouquets were of royal blue freesia and bachelor’s buttons, blue azalea and a single white orchid tied with loops and streamers of royal and sky blue ribbon.Best man was George EricBond of Houston. Groomsmen«were Mike Cox, brother of the bride, Cory Van Arsdale of Los Gatos, Calif., Patrick Panuska of Houston.Special guests were grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Lennert Frank of Winnipeg, Man.
