GarlandhomeofMr. and Mrs. Glen R. Maloy are at home at 425 Rollingridge following a wedding trip to San Marcos. They were married May 24 at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Henry C. Garber, minister of Southminster Presbyterian Church, officiating.The bride is the former Dana Carol Grimes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Grimes, 801 Crockett. Parents of the bridegroom are Mrs. Ruth Maloy and the late Floyd K Maloy ofOklahoma City.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore afloor-length gown of white organdy. She wore a strand of baby pearls worn by her mother in her wedding. Her illusion veil fell from a pill box covered with the gownmaterial. The gown and headpiece were designed and made by her aunt, Mrs. T. F. Ross of Howe. The bride’s flowers were a nosegay of pink and white carnations, stephanotis andbaby’s breath.Mrs. Charlsa Sirles wasmatron of honor. She wore a pink organdy gown over pink taffeta with a selfembroidered floral design and wore a headdress ofpink lace daisies from which fell shoulder lengthillusion.Connie and Cindy Gowen, cousins of thebridegroom, were brides maids. They wore identical gowns of pink organdy over white taffeta and head pieces of white illusion caught to pink velvet bows.Ginger Sue Billy of Howe, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.
