EDuncan-Haralson i1LBOURN — On June 5 at 2 p.m., Mias Mary Joanna Duncan became the bride of Jerry Donald Haralson in the Firat United Methodist Church in Lilbourn. Rev. Mr.Haralson is the son of Mrs. Raymond Haralson ofLilbourn.The bride’s bouquetfeatured yellow carnations,roses and blue corn flowers.Miss Duncan and her father were preceded down the aisle by her attendants. Matron of honor was Mrs, Steve Riley of New Madrid; bridesmaids were Mrs. Gene Speight ofNew Madrid; bridesmaids wereMemphis, Tenn., Miss Jeanie Maschmeyer of Lilbourn and Mrs. Jerry Smith of Gunterville, Ala.Haralson chose his brother, Leon Haralson, of St. Louis as his best man. His groomsmen were Rickey Trum of New Madrid, Tommy Gee of Lilbourn and Steve Riley of New Madrid.Ushers were Lonnie Duncan and Jerry Duncan, brothers of the bride. Jerry also served as candlelighter.Mr. and Mrs. Duncan entertained the wedding guests at the New Madrid Country Club. Miss Maurica Schaffer, Miss Lucy Haralson and Mrs. Stan Thompson assisted with the serving of the wedding cake.After the reception, the young couple left for a short honeymoon trip to Kentucky Lake.The new Mrs. Haralson graduated from Lilbourn High School, attended MSCW atColumbus, Miss, one year. Shegraduated from Southeast Mo. State College in May with a B.S. Degree in home economics. She is a member of Kappa Omicron Phi, and her sorority is / 'pha Xi Delta, past treasurer.Haralson, a graduate ofLilbourn iJigh School, received h Bachelor of Science ee in BusinessAdminis on. He began work June 14 tor Elanco Products Co., Memphis, Tenn.
