Burrows, Hobson Exchange Votes In June I Double-Ring CeremonyMiss Kristi Gail Burrows, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gail Burrows. 1400 S. Fulton St.. and Rodney Lawrence Hobson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Connie Hobson, 1018 Olive St.. were married June 1 at the First Baptist Church by the Rev. Kenneth Sutter.The double-ring ceremony was performed before an altar decorated with an arch candelabra and a basket ofwhite gladiola.Mrs. Frances Pierce, was organist.Kelly Burrows, sister of the bride, was candlelighter. Given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father, the bride was attired in an Empire style blue flowered voile dress with an overlay of light blue chiffon. She wore a white picture hat trimmed with matching blue ribbon and carried a nosegay of blue and white shasta daisies and babies’-breath tied with white streamers.Miss Pam Abram was maid of honor. She wore an Empire gown of light blue silk organza and carried a nosegay of mixed colored daisies. Steven Harris was best man and Lloyd Abram was usher.Serving the three-tier wedding cake in the church Fellowship Hall were Mrs. Lloyd Abram and MissDebbie Abram.Debbie Burrows, sister of the bride, presided at theguest book.For traveling, the bride chose a light blue pantsuit.The couple will reside at 722I/2 Grant St. The bridegroom is employed at the Safeway Cheese Plant.
