July 6. to Miss Anita Francine Rabom, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Smiley Rabom Jr., Calgary, Canada, have announced.Mr. Bandy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Bandy Sr., former I^twtonians now residing in Kingfisher. He was bom and reared here and is the grandson of Mrs. Jess Percival, 511 Park, and nephew of Mrs. Rod Evans. 2503 N. 13th.The couple will be married at11 a.m. in St. Mary's cathedral. Calgary.M iss Rabom fs a graduate of Hockaday Girls’ school. Dallas, Tex., and attended Vassar college, Poughkeepsie. N, Y. She is currently attending the University of Arizona. Tuseon, Ariz,. where she is a language major and a member of Delta Delta Delta social sorority. She made her debut at the Highlanders' ball in 1961.Mr. Bandy studied business ad-ministration at the University of Tulsa, where bp was a member of Kappa Alpha fraternity. He is president and co-owner of the B andM Dehydmtors, Ltd f in Calgary.
