Dittrich-Hoppe NuptialsMiss Jeanene K. Dittrich and Lt. Ray G. Hoppe spoke their marriage vows Saturday before the Rev. Paul Discher in a 4 o’clock ceremony in St. John’s Lutheran church at Marengo.Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Elmer J. Dittrich of Amana and Mr. and Mrs. John Hoppe of Middle.Chantilly lace edged the sleeves and formed a front panel on the bride’s gown of silk organza and encircled the hem of the A-line skirt.lengthbouquetpearlsThe three attendants, Miss Jacquelyn Dittrich who was her sister’s .maid of honor, and the Misses Dawn Eberle and Luanne Keiner,sleevesdesignedEmpire bodices. Matching bows held their bouffant face veils. Their bouquets were snowflakemums ana pink roses, bondra Grimm was flower girl.Serving Lt. Hoppe were Allyn Neubauer, best man; James Roemig and James Patterson, were groomsmen. Seating the guests were Glenn and John Hoppe, Jr., brothers of the bridegroom, Howard Dittrich, brother of the bride and Eric Schmieder.A reception for 400 guests took place at the home of the bride’s parents.Both the bride and bridegroom are graduates of the University of Iowa where she affiliated with Phi Upsilon Omicron, Omicron Nu and Pi Lambda Theta sororities. They will reside at Lawton, Okla. where Lt. Hoppe is stationed atFt. Sill.
