Nurmi-Dahlbeck MaA pretty June wedding took place SSaturday at 4 p. m. at the parsonage of :of the First Lutheran church when Ro«Miss Genevieve Dahlbeck, daughterof Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Dahlbeck, MnThomaston, became the bride of ^Elmer Nurmi, son of Mr. and Mrs. WaVictor Nurmi, wakefield. Scotty’s Chicken in the Basket. A reception followed from 8 until 12 at the banquet hall of the Wakefieldj I Memorial building for 200 guests. A | j buffet luncheon was served from a f ! table centered with a four tieredII wedding cake, topped with a minia-j j ure bride and groom, each layerdecorated in pink roses; the cake flanked by three white tiered tapers tied with blue bows, entwined with small garden flowers. Large vases of white and red peonies, lavender and yellow iris, columbine, wild rosea, tiger lilies and fern, also decorated the serving and gift tables.
