Sexton-Murdock Vows ExchangedOn Sunday afternoon, June 18th, at three o’clock afc the First Methodist church at LCn-ox, Phyllis Sexton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Sexton, was united in marriage to Randall L. Murdock, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Murdock of Corning. Rev. C, W. Richardson read the double ring ceremony before an altar banked with white flowers. Miss Carolyn Murdock, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss June Stillinger, cousin of the bridegroom, lighted the candles. Both wore white marquisette over white satin and wore corsages of yellow carnations. Ushers were Darwin Sexton, brother of the bride, Richard Murdock, brother of the bride- I groom and Harold Larimer. Soloist was Mrs. Annabelle Browni, who sang “Because,” “Always,” Sentimental Me,” and “The Lord's Prayer,” accompanied by Miss Phyllis Hewitt, who furnished nuptial music as guests were being seated and then, played the Bridal Chorus from Lohengrin as the party entered the church.The bride entered the church on the arm of her father, who gave her in, marriage.
