The wedding breakfast was attended by the immediate members of the family and relatives, plates being laid for eighteen, and a three course breakfast being served. The decorations were also pink and white, with roses and carnations for the flowers.The bride was very kindly rem-ehibered with a great many beautiful presents in the way of cut glass, china, silverware, linen and substantial sums of money from several of the relatives. Miss Smith graduatedfrom the Mitchell high school with the class of ’03, and by her standing in her work she was accorded the honor of 'valedictorian of the class. She took up the work of teaching and for three years she was the principal of the Letcher schools, in which capacity she made a fine success ofher work She then took up a collegiate course in the state university of Wisconsin, at Madison, and graduated a year ago. She at once entered the Celd of teaching again, and hald the responsible position of principal of the Harvey, N. D., schools, with fourteen teachers in her charge. She is a finely educated young woman and in her chosen pathway of j the present time has labored i fine conscientious spirit to do for the hoys and girls in her charge all that her attainments would permit. Mr. Lueders is also a graduate of the state university of Wisconsin, and is now engaged in the drug business in Duluth; where he is meeting with fine success in his chosen work. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Lued-drs, of Columbus, Wis., who were Here to attend the wedding. Mr. Nolan, a relative of Mr. Smith, of Independence, Iowa, was the other out of wn guest.The bridal couple departed on the 9:35 Milwaukee passenger the same ihorniny for a trip of ten days or two weeks, going to Clear Lake, la., thence to Columbus, Wis., to Madison ai d Milwaukee and finishing their trip by boat to Duluth, where theyare to make their future home.
