Elmer Tenvilliger. well known to horsemen here, has filed his declaration with the clerk of the circuit court in which he charged his wife with having willfully deserted him and their two little children, now aged 6 and 7, in 1890. lie says he was married to Grace May-liew at Toulon, June 20, 1882 and lived with and cared for her until Nov., 1890 when she left him. lie prays for an absolute divorce.T - TT T1 _ « 1 ^ -___A 11.
