Goldfieid.The couple’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Ganzeveld and Mr. and Mrs, Marshall Rasmussen, all of Goldfieid,Pastor Bill MeConnelee performed the double ring ceremony in a candlelight service at 7:30. Carla MeConnelee played nuptial music, Diane and Donna Smith sang a duet and Fred Nesheim sang a solo. The altar was decorated with candelabra entwined with yellow and white daisies.The bride, escorted to the altar by her father, wore an empire gown of white organza with a chapel train and sheer bishop sleeves, all trimmed in Venice lace. The bridal cap of lace and seed pearls held a short veil of illusion.Maid of honor was Charissa Elliott of George, Judy Ganzeveld, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. Their floor length gowns were made of yellow silk chiffon over taffeta. Each wore a matching yellow picture hat and carried a basket ofHospitalNotesshe carried a basket of daisy petals.Lowell Rasmussen, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Groomsman was Larry Rasmussen, also a brother of the bridegroom.Serving as ushers and candlelighters were Jim Ganzeveld and Marvin Rasmussen, brothers of the couple.Mr, and Mrs. Ganzeveld entertained a reception for guests in the church parlor. Mr. and Mrs. Duane Field were hosts. Mrs. Duane Dill served punch and Mrs. Larry Rasmussen poured coffee.The bride is a graduate of Iowa Central Community College and is presently employed at D B Motors, Eagle Grove.
