Leipner of the Connecticut Court of Common Pleas, while nuptial music was offered by Rosamond Tanner.The bride is the daughter of Martin Leo Miller, president of Leo Miller Associates in Westport, and Mrs. Miller ofPark Hill Avenue, Norwalk, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Melvyn Gordon Lowenstein of North Stan-wich Road. Greenwich.Mr. Miller escorted hisdaughter and gave her in marriage. Her gown of silk organza over dotted swiss was fashioned with a round neckline, an embroidered empire style bodice accented with a front bow, short sleeves and a bouffantterminating in a chapel train. Her fingertip veil of illusion was caught to a crown of white stephanotis and she carried a spray of stephanotis with pale pink sweetheart roses.Mrs. J. Kelly Smith of New York City was the matron of honor and Miss Noel Kleid of Westport, maid of honor. Theywore white embroidered organdy over pale blue taffeta gowns, styled with squarenecklines, short sleeves andfull skirts, and held sprays of pale blue delphinium.Mr. Lowenstein served as best man for his son, whose ushers were a brother, Hugh Price Lowenstein, and Eli Winkler Kaufman, both of New York City, and James Alfred Goldsmith of Westport,cousin of the bridegroom.The reception followed at Derwent House, where the bride’s mother, wearing a blue orint silk sheath with matching accessories, and the bridegroom’s mother in a pink linen sheath with matching accessories, assisted the couple in the receiving line.The bride wore a natural color silk linen suit with white accessories when she left with her husband for a wedding trip to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. They will make their home in Washington, D.C., after July 15.Mrs. Lowenstein was graduated from Norwalk High School and Connecticut College for Women in 1958. She has been with the public relations department of Pan American World Airwavs in New York.Mr. Lowenstein, a graduate of the Choate School and Trinity College, Class of 1958, is a student at Georgetown Law School.
