.Miss Semonesy*Mr. McGowan Exchange VowsMiss Sharon Marie Semones became the bride of Michael James McGowan on Saturday, June 19 in the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles William Semones, 692 Cardinal Drive, Pulaski.The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Kathleen S. McGowan of Washington, D.C., and the late Gerald McGowan.• The ceremony was performed by Bishop Walter F. Sullivan of Richmond, uncle of the bridegroom, and the Rev. Julian Walton of Pulaski.Following the ceremony thebride’s parents entertained with a luncheon at the Red Carpet Inn.Mrs. McGowan is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia-Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing. She is employed by the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals.Mr. McGowan, a graduate of the Catholic University of America, attends the School of Dentistry, at MCV-VCU.After their wedding trip, the couple will live in Richmond.
