Cahill of 114 Summer St., Saturday morning became the bride of Robert James Donovan, eon of Mr. and Mrs. Harold E. Donovan of 106 Maple St. in Blessed Sacrament Church.Rev. James Moylan of West field, friend of the bride’s fam ily, performed the double-ring Nuptial High Mass. The couple received the Papal Blessing.Mrs. Maiy Gleason, the bride’s aunt and Christopher MaGahan, organists, played tra dltional wedding music. Sandra Murphy was soloist. The church was decorated with baskets of white flowers, and white pew ties were used.Miss Kathleen M. Cahill was her sister’s maid of honor. Misses Eileen Deveney, Gloria De-Slsto of Syracuse, N. Y., Linda Parker and Jean Rogalski of Boston were bridesmaids.Arthur Teixeira of Fall River was best man, with Stanley Bialy of Holyoke, Paul Fontaine of Chicopee, Thomas Seumny of Chicopee and Richard Holcomb of Longmeadow as ushers.The bride wore a gown of ivory peau de soie, designed with batteau neckline and elbow-length sleeves. The empire bodice was accented with re-embroidered Alencan lace which continued into the A-line skirt with detachable chapel train appUqued with lace. She wore a mantilla of Alenoon lace and seed pearls and carried a crescent cascade of gardenias.Her attendants wore floor-length gowns of white crepe with empire waistlines accented with a green velvet ribbon. The honor attendant carried a cascade arrangement of carnations, garnet roses and babies’ 'breath, and wore a matching circular chaplet. The bridesmaids carried similar bouquets and ware matching band chaplets.Tea House followed. Pink and white decorations were used and Dick Hurlburt’s Orchestra provided music. In the receiv ing line at the reception were the bride's mother, wearing a blue crepe dress, matching accessories and a corsage of pink sweetheart roses and babies’ breath; the bridegroom’s mother, dressed in a dusty rose lace ensemble with matching aoces sories and a corsage of pink roses; and the bride’s grand mother, who wore an emerald green silk dress, matching ac cessories and a corsage of pink and white carnations.Patricia Guerino, the bride’s cousin, had charge of the guest' book.For a honeymoon to New York City and Puerto Rico, the bride wore a three - piece Chartreuse suit, multi-colored hat, matching accessories and a corsage of white gardenias. After July 1, Mr. and Mrs. Donovan will make their home at 246 Louisiana Ave., Bridgeport, Conn.The bride is a graduate of Syracuse University, where she was a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority. She has been employed as a home economist in Northampton. After July 5, she will begin social work in Connecticut.The bridegroom is a graduate of Deerfield Academy and the University of Massachusetts.
