Oil Monday. June S, Miss Georgia Filip of Ammannsville became the bride of Cpl, Henry Po trash of Abilin e. The ceremony took place at St. John’s Church at Ammannsville that morning. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mi*. Adolf Filip, while the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Potrash of Schulenburg. We join a host of friends in wishing the young couple a happy wedded life.Several young men left from this area Thursday morning for the induction station in Houston.Tomato sheds at Hallcttsville closed Saturday.
