She wore a beautiful corsage of rosebuds and lilies of the valley.Both the bride and groom received their B.S. degrees at Le-noir-Rhyne College, in Lenoir. Recently Mr. Joyner has been doing post graduate work in radio research work in New York City, where he has a position. They will be at home there after a trip to points in the mountains of Western North Carolina and a short visit to the groom's parents.Out of town guests here for the ceremony were the bride’s parents, ! Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Friday; her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Friday; her brother, Mr. John Friday. Jr.; Mrs. Vowel I Hosley. all of Hickory; Mr. Lewis Elias, of Asheville, and Mr. R. O.
