Ante-Nuptia! Contract.An ante-nuptial contract between Samuel Sala and Susanna Wallace was filed with the eounty recorder. The contract states that the parties are about to be married, and that it is agreed that Mr. Sala shall dispose Gf any of his property without hinder-anee, and that Ins bride shall inherit a life estate in all property of which he shall die seized, and that she shall have free and absolute control cf her prcperty and shall dispose of the same at will and that the husband shall have no interest in the same except by inheritance after her death, and then only such portions as she shall have willed.1 1„ r tflETA
