JanetWilliam Karcagi wed SaturdaySaturday at 3; 30 o'clock In the Dalton United Presbyterian church, Miss Janet Lee Orwick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Orwick of Pine Dr., Dalton, exchanged marriage vows with William Alan Karcagi of Huron. Mr. Karcagi previously resided with Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Hostetler of RD1, of Dalton.The Rev. Ralph Fogal, pastor, performed the doublering ceremony.The cnurch was decorated with bouquets of white summer flowers and two seven-branched candelabra. White satin bows with lemon leaves and ivy marked the family pews.Mrs. Gerald Hackett, organist, presented a half hour of nuptial music as the guests were assembling in the church Nuptial March, Guilmant, was used as theprocessional and «Psalm XIX, Marcello, as the recessional.The bride wore a floor-length A-line gown of white silk shantung with Venice lace. Floral appliques detailed the bodice and hemline. The gown featured a. detachable chapeltrain. A headpiece of gardenias and stephanotis secured her flill length veil which was accented with appliques. She carried a cascade of white gardenias and stephanotis.Miss Linda Orwick of Cleveland was her sister's maid of honor. She wore a floor-length Priscilla gown of moss green and white dotted Swiss with Venice lace aikl velvet ribbon trim, styled with an Empire waistline and short puffed sleeves. Her headpiece was of Venice lace and velvet ribbon. She wore short white gloves and carried a bouquet of greens with velvet ribbons.The Misses Barbara and Sara Orwick of Dalton, sisters of the bride, Mrs. Michael Joseph of Wheeling, W. Va., former college roommate of the bride, and Mrs. John Mcllvaine of Akron. They were gowned Identically to the honor attendant.Joseph Karcagi served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were David Syler of Or-land, Ind.,' Dale Kurzen, Michael Joseph of Wheeling, W. Va. and Michael Schupbach of Dalton.Mrs. Orwick wore a mintgreen sorento A-line'''dresswith matching accessories and a corsage of gardenias and stephanotis. Mrs. Carroll Hostetler was attired in a pale pink silk shantung dress detailed with lace appliques witha pink cymbicHum orchid corsage.Mrs. James Hart, Mrs. Henry Orwick and Mrs. Milton Shanklin maternal Grandmother, paternal grandmother and god-mother respectively of the bride, complemented their costumes with corsages of orange Delight roses.The reception for 150 guests was held in the Massillon Woman's Club with Mrs. Karl Munson, former college roommate of the bride in charge of the guest book. Hostesses were Miss Lois Myers, Miss June Danner, Miss Ruth Houck, Mrs. Larry Mast, Mrs. Larry Gordon and Mrs. Rol-land Bedall.The bridal table was covered with moss green taffeta overlaid with white net and centered with a five-tiered cake topped with white orchids and lilies-of-the-valley.The bride and groom are planning a September trip to Florida and Nassau. The bride will wear a pearl grey double knit dress with black accessories. They are residing at Riverview Manor, Huron.The bride graduated from Dalton High School, attended Muskingum college for two years and on June 11 graduated from Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing. She will serve with the U.S. Army Nurse Corps. The groom graduated from Dal on High School end is employed by the Ohio Edison Co., Sandusky.Mr. andMrs. Hostetler gave the rehearsal dinner.Booster Club receives loanThe Dalton Booster club will soon start selling noninterest bearing bonds in the amount of $25.00 each to help amortize a loan received from The First National Bank of Orrville-Dalton.The loan, $18,500, is actually not a normally sound business venture for the bank and is more than they wouldnormally loan, but they aredoing so as a community gesture.hi other business conducted by the Booster club recently:Contract awardedto Holmes Fence Co., for fence around the new football field, $4,410: Contract for piers for the bleachers to Hochstetler Contractor for $700:Moving of the bleachers to Mast Movers Inc. of Fred-erickburg for $1,800:Anlt;?
