Mrs. Grieve was reared by an aunt and uncle, the late Mr. and Mrs. William Bohlander.Grieve has one sister, Mrs. Floyd Miller (Rowena) of Piqua. Three brothers are deceased. Mrs, Grieve has two sisters, Mrs. Virgil Myers (Geraldine), Tipp City, and Mrs. W, B. Stanley (Addie), Blufflon. One brother is deceased.They have one child, Mrs. Blaine Collett Jr. (Joan), Piqua, and two grandchildren, Mrs. David Ouhl (Linda Collett), Piqua, and William D.
