Candelabra with bouquets of blue iris, yellow and white daisies, pink carnations and lavender poms provided the background.Parents of the bride are Claude Ivan Smith, Dallas;and Mrs. Freda Duron Smith,1214 37th St. Mrs. Eva Sprouse, Pittsburg, is the hridegroom s mother.The Rev. John E. Taylor officiated.The bride wore a white and yellow ribbon lace gown over white underskirt with whiteillusion veil trimmed with lace. She carried yellow daisies and whit£ gladioli tips.Mrs. Glen Swarts was matron of honor. She wore a yellow pique floor-length gown with matching embroidered eyplet lace. She carried a nosegay of white daisies and lavender poms and her head dress was of the same flowers.James C. Sanders was best man and ushers were RobertWalker and William C. Swope.The bride’s mother was hostess for a reception at the church. She was assisted by Miss Mary Jane Michna, Mmes. Robert Walker and William C. Swope.The couple will live at 11225 Ridgeway, Apt. 102 following a trip to Dallas. She is a graduate of Wichita Falls High School and Midwestern University and is employed by Texas Employment Commission. She is in Beta Sigma Phi. The groom is a tech sergeant in the U S Air Force stationed at Sheppard AFB.
